Music at the Shed Friday, Aug. 11 August 9, 2017 29 Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter tweet Consisting of three members, The Last Revel uses traditional folk-minded three-part harmonies with honest and meaningful lyrics to deliver a passionate and soul-stirring performance. On a backbone of rebellious rock attitude and raw traditional instrumentation, band members pride themselves on an unrelenting work ethic and a deep hunger to write, perform and entertain. The Last Revel is known for crafting a rowdy live performance that inspires crowds to move to every tune. Savannah Smith will open for the Friday, Aug. 11, 7 p.m. concert at the Shed. On Saturday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m., Trapper Schoepp will be at the Shed. Schoepp shines up the well-worn cliches of singer-songwriterdom and renders them anew. Evoking a series of vivid protagonists and settings, his work variously recalls prime Prine (John, that is), the nuances of Newman (Randy, of course) and the boozy bonhomie of The Replacements.
